Available Now — The Asian Fund Market Almanac 2008

The Asian fund markets have tripled in size over the last three years to $1.6trn, a period of primary development that is akin to Europe’s in the late nineties. But like Europe, Asia cannot be viewed as one market to be approached with one generic strategy and not all markets offer the same long-term potential.

To understand this and much more, get the Asian Fund Market Almanac 2008 — essential reading for fund managers with Asian ambitions. This comprehensive roadmap will help you navigate Asia’s rich and varied landscape from China’s closed and underdeveloped fund market to Taiwan’s where offshore funds dominate.

Just £3,000, €4,500, US$6,000 for 200+ pages of commentary and analysis on pan-Asian developments as well as in-depth coverage of the markets of China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand.

FundFile Asia Pacific - available now!

With Asia becoming an increasingly important region in terms of fund distribution, Lipper FERI is pleased to announce the expansion of market coverage in the FundFile database with the introduction of an Asia-Pacific module on 11 August 2008.

The Asia-Pacific module will be launched in stages. The first phase will cover retail open-ended funds in nine major Asian markets (China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan & Thailand) and over the coming months other countries, Australia, Japan, New Zealand, Pakistan, South Korea and the Asia Pacific-registered Caribbean-domiciled funds, will be added until the regional coverage is complete.

We fully realise that introducing the service in stages doesn’t give an immediate full regional picture…although we are starting with the key markets showing true cross-border fund appetite.

When the database is complete a full year subscription to FundFile Asia will cost £15,000 (€22,500, US$30,000) however… we have a very special launch offer...for more information, please contact Rodney Williams .
